Hi, I’m Chelsea, the founder of Thrive Wellness Club. I know what it’s like to feel trapped in the cycle of dieting and frustration. After personally losing over 30kg and healing my relationship with food, I’m passionate about helping women do the same.
I don’t believe in giving up your favourite foods or punishing your body to see results. Instead, I teach women how to create a lifestyle they love – one that supports their goals and empowers them to feel confident, strong, and free.
My life changed when I found balance and learned to thrive. Now, I want to help you do the same.
